ANALYTICAL TOOLS
daCarbo uses so-called tracking technologies to constantly improve and optimize the website. This includes in particular Google Analytics and similar programs. The analytic tools provide statistics and graphs that provide information concerning the use of the website. The data on the use of an Internet page is thereby transferred to the server used for this purpose. Depending on the provider of a web analysis tool, these servers may be located abroad. For Google Analytics, this data is transmitted along with shortened IP addresses, which prevents identification of individual devices. Google will not link the IP address transferred by your browser as part of Google Analytics with any other data held by Google. A transfer of this data by Google to third parties only takes place by statutory provisions or in the context of processing order data.

The customer can prevent the collection of the data generated by cookies and related to his use of the website (including its IP address) as well as the processing of this data by Google by downloading and installing the browser plugin available under the following link (http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=en).

Further information on Google Analytics and data protection can be found under:

This website uses Mouseflow, a web analysis tool by Mouseflow ApS, Flaesketorvet 68, 1711 Copenhagen, Denmark, to gather and store data for marketing and optimisation purposes. Pseudonymised user profiles can be created from the data. Randomly selected individual visits (only with anonymised IP addresses) are recorded. This gives a log of mouse movements and clicks with a view to playing back individual website visits on a random basis and thus ascertaining potential improvements for the website. Without the express permission of the persons concerned, the data collected by Mouseflow shall not be used to identify visitors to the website personally and shall not be merged with personal data about the pseudonym bearer. If you do not want to be recorded, you can use the following link to deactivate records for the browser you are currently using for all websites that use Mouseflow. https://mouseflow.com/opt-out
If you are interested in an agreement regarding contract data processing, please send us an email at “datenschutz@mouseflow.com”.
